| 摘 要： | 根据高校办公自动化环境下电子文件形成的来源和特点,可以将其管理工作划分为小OA系统形成的电子文件归档与管理和其他电子文件的归档与管理两部分。前者的关键是在高校OA系统中嵌入档案管理的要求,对电子文件实行全程管理;后者则依赖于信息技术和管理措施的有机结合

| Abstract: | According to the source and characteristics of the electronic records formation under university's OA environment, the filing and management of university's electronic records can be divided into two parts: the one of the electronic records formed in OA system and the one of other electronic records. For the former, we should set archival demands in OA system and charge the electronic records in their whole life cycle, while the latter depends on the organic integration of information technology and control measures. |
