| 摘 要： | 文章集中论述了农业产业化是农村劳动分工深化的必然产物,其形成是农业生产从专业化到社会化、一体化的发展过程;农业产业化的实质就是从传统农业走向现代农业产业的过程。它是在更大范围和更高层次上实现农业资源优化配置和生产要素的重新组合,是对传统农业生产经营体制的根本性变革;提出加快农业产业组织创新,培植龙头企业、完善利益协调机制等实现农业产业化的主要途径。

| Abstract: | This paper indicates that agricultural industrialization is the outcome of division of farming and the process from specialization to socialization and then to integration.The substance of industrialization is the process from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.It is the agricultural resources optimization and production elements restructuring,and the essential transformation of traditional agricultural production and operation system.Quickening the innovation of agricultural organizations and cultivating leading enterprises and perfecting profit distribution mechanism is the necessary solution to agricultural industrialization. |
