| 摘 要： | 在信息化社会的今天,通信发展水平低下、信息不通产生的“数字鸿沟”已成为制约云南少数民族地区脱贫致富的重要因素。本文在分析制约少数民族地区通信发展因素基础上,提出了加快云南少数民族地区通信发展的几点对策建议。

| Abstract: | In information society today, the digital divide aroused by the lower development level of communication has become the main factor that restricts the development of minority nationalities regions of Yunnan Province. On analyzing factors that restrict the communication development of minority nationalities regions , the paper suggests several countermeasures that can help accelerate the communication development of minority nationalities regions of Yunnan Province. |
