A Practical Research into P.E. Teaching and Learning Reform in Newly-Established Undergraduate Colleges

Based on document analysis and practice in teaching and learning, cognitive P. E. teaching and learning should aim at utility and feasibility with benefits like theory guiding practice and practice perfecting theory. It is extremely necessary to have a practical research into P. E. teaching and learning reform in newly-established undergraduate colleges while focusing on the most basic and realistic problems like "what to teach"and "how to teach".
