| 摘 要： | 《管子》一书有着丰富的收入分配思想。《管子》主张既富国又富民，“富上足下”是其收入分配思想的最终目标。为了实现既定的收入分配目标，《管子》认为必须坚持“贫富有度”原则，从而形成其分配思想的核心。为了做到“贫富有度”，《管子》主张国家必须制定相应的财政政策、农业政策、礼仪制度、社会保障制度等。

| Abstract: | There are many distribution thoughtsin GuanZi. Fifst,Guan Ziexplainsthe goal of distribution which should make his country strong and people rich. Second,GuanZiadvocatesthe principle of distribution which is limited gap poverty and rich. Finally,Guan Ziadvancessome measure including fiscal policy,agricultural policy,ceremony and propriety,social security system. It is important for us toresearch distribution thought in GuanZi. |
