| Abstract: | By analyzing enterprises' social responsibilities and the necessity of enterprises,as social citizens under the view of circulatory economy,to share social responsibilities,this paper explores the ways to give legal to enterprises to share social responsibility from the aspects of firm law,environment law,labor insurance law as well as economic law. |
