| 摘 要： | 本文结合当前高校党的建设的实际 ,对高校青年教师入党积极性不高的现状进行了分析和思考 ,提出了进一步解放思想 ,突破“左”的思维习惯禁锢 ,加强思想政治工作 ,提高青年教师入党积极性 ,开创培养和发展青年教师入党工作新局面的工作对策。

| Abstract: | This article integrates the present conditions with the construction of the Communist Party of China at colleges.The author analyses and ponders the present situation that the young teachers keep a little enthusiasm for joining the Communist Party of China at colleges.Finally the article puts forward the way to deal with the situation.That is to further emancipate the mind,break through the shackle of"Left-trend" customs, strengthen the ideological and political work, improve the young teachers' zeal to jon the Communist Party of China,and open up a new prospect of the work that the colleges train'and admit new Communist Party of China members in the young teachers. |
