关于理工科人才培养的思考

当今人才培养是高校竞争、发展的最重要因素。回顾我国理工科教育发展的历程,可以看到其存在的诸多弊端。现在必须对传统的理工科教育进行大力改革,以适应当今时代发展的需要。要改变以往理工科学生在知识、个性等方面片面发展的状况,应该进行科学教育和人文教育的融合,以培养具有较高综合素质的现代人才。这是现代文明社会对教育提出的必然要求,也是理工科教育改革的必然趋势。

On Educating the Talents of Science and Engineering

Nowadays,personnel training has become the most important factor in the competition and development of fhe universities .Historically,there existed so many disadvantages in the education of science and engineering.Now ,it is the time to devote our major efforts to reforming the education of science and engineering for meeting the needs of the developing society.The fact that the students of science and engineering unilaterally developed in knowledge ,personality, etc. should be changed. In order to make them become modern talents with higher comprehensive quality,the science education should be combined with the humanities education.This is the inevitable demand which the modern civilized society offers to education,and is also the inexorable trend of the education reform of science and engineering.
