| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展和教育改革的深化,高校学生管理工作存在思想观念、管理体制、队伍素质、管理观念、教改新体制下的学生管理及后勤社会化等问题。针对高校学生管理面临的问题,应从转变管理理念、完善学生管理各项规章制度、设立统一的学生管理机构、加强学生管理队伍建设、充分发挥学生主体能动性、丰富校园文化建设等方面采取新的管理之策,做好新时期高校学生管理工作。

| Abstract: | Student administration is considered as an important part of university administration for good administration can promote students all-around ability and is helpful to create a harmonious campus.With the development of educational reformation,problems in managing concept,managing system and logistics socialization have sprung up.This paper proposed some countermeasures to these problems. |
