以德治校，培养高素质医学人才

为培养适应社会主义现代化建设需要的高素质医学人才 ,高等医学院校必须贯彻江泽民同志“以德治国”的方略 ,坚持以德治校。这不仅是社会主义大学的性质决定的 ,也是现代医学模式和医学生道德现状的迫切要求。要在医德教育中大力弘扬祖国优秀传统道德 ,培养社会主义和共产主义道德 ,并大胆借鉴吸收西方先进的思想道德文化。要从改革课程设置 ,更新教学内容 ,革新教学方法和严选带教老师等方面加强医学生的道德素质教育。

On Cultivating High-Quality Medical Personnel in Medical Colleges

In order to cultivate high quality medical personnel for the construction of socialist modernization, it is important for medical colleges to carry out the policy of "attaching importance to the education of moral integrity in managing state affairs" put forward by President JIANG Ze min. This is determined by not only the nature of socialist universities, but also the mode of modern medicine and the status quo of the morality of medical students. It is advisable, in the education of medical ethics, to carry forward good moral integrity of the Chinese nation, cultivate socialist and communist moral values, and at the same time absorb progressive ideological and moral culture from western countries. Attention should be paid to the curriculum arrangement, renewal of teaching materials, reform of teaching methods and selection of qualified teachers so as to enhance the education of the students' moral integrity.
