| 摘 要： | 英语和汉语的修辞方式是2种不同风格、不同特点的修辞现象。由于东、西方民族文化背景的不同,英汉语言在修辞格式上也存在一定差异性。认识并了解英汉2种语言修辞格式的异同,有助于我们在英汉语言转换过程中正确理解原文的修辞手法,并在译文中正确使用,从而忠实地表达原文的思想和风格。本文对2种语言从声音的锤炼、意义的锤炼、修辞格等方面进行比较分析,浅析英汉修辞在翻译应用方面的基本原则及方法。

| Abstract: | There are different styles and characteristics in rhetoric between Chinese and English because of different background of oriental and occidental culture.Being aware of that is helpful to our correct understanding of original text and proper use in translation,so as to express the true meaning and style.In this paper,two languages are compared and analyzed in terms of phonetics,meanings and rhetoric,and the principles and methods of English and Chinese rhetoric in translation are discussed. |
