大学生毕业前夕的心理健康教育

随着社会变革的不断深入、高等教育的不断普及和全民教育的迅速提高,大学生尤其是临近毕业的大四学生产生了很大的心理压力。考研成绩的未知性、就业压力的增大、爱情的困惑等因素使即将毕业的大学生存在的心理问题越来越突出。认识大学生心理问题存在的原因是对他们进行心理健康教育、帮助他们寻求自我调节方式的前提。

Due to the rapid development of social reforms and popularity of higher education and civil education,too much pressure is being brought about on the senior students,the would-be graduates.Along with the more pressure of job-hunting,the puzzlement for love affairs and uncertainty about the entrance examination marks of post graduate cause more and more psychological problems to these students.The knowledge of the reasons for the existing problems is the prerequisite for conducting college students' psyche-health education and helping them look for the methods of self-adjustment.
