论政府保护弱势群体权利的理论逻辑

弱势群体是指在社会生活中处于弱势地位的人群的总称。在当代中国的社会转型期,弱势群体在很大程度上是由于制度性因素造成的,它的存在不可避免,政府应当承担对弱势群体权利的保护。本文试图从哲学、应然、必然和实然四个层面探讨政府保护弱势群体权利的理论逻辑。

On the Theoretical Logic in Government's Protecting the Rights of the Vulnerable Group

The vulnerable group refers to those who are in the disadvantaged condition in social life.In the period of social transformation in present China,the existence of such group is unavoidable,which is,to a great extent,the result of those institutional elements.Therefore,it is the duty of the government to offer her protection to the rights of the vulnerable group.The author in this article makes his efforts to analyze the theoretical logic of the government's protecting the rights of the vulnerable group in philosophical aspect,the aspect as it ought to be,the aspect as it is and the aspect as it must be.
