| Abstract: | This article considers that the basis of Deng Xiaoping's theory of economic legal system comprises the standard of judgment for "capitalist" and "socialist"qualities of economic system and socialist marketing economy theory. The theory is mainly embodied in the aspects of enterprise law, agricultural law, the legal circumstance for absorbing foreign investment, financial law, etc. All above bear the characteristic of combining theories of "law as a tool" and "the central task of economic construction". |
