高校教学质量与教师素质建设

教学质量是高等教育的生命线。教师是深化学校教学改革、提高教学质量的关键。教师应该具有良好的职业道德、浓厚的科研意识、精深的学术造诣。学校要树立“以人为本”的管理理念,确立“唯才是举”的选才标准。开展教育的国际合作与交流。实行同专业、同学科或跨专业、跨学科的教师资源的结构整合。建立以业绩和能力为导向的的教师考核、评价、激励与约束机制。

The teaching quality and construction of teachers quality in colleges

Teaching quality is the life of higher education.Teachers,who are the key to the teaching reform and teaching quality,should have good vocational morals,scientific research views and much schooling.Schools should serve the students and select the talents only,and do more interational cooperation and communication,conformitying the teachers sources of different specialities,different subjects and interdiscipliaries to bring the teachers function into full play.We should establish a checking,judging,encouraging and limiting system to know the teachers ablity and achivement.
