A Framework of Northeast Asian Security: from Cooperation to Institutions

North Korean nuclear crisis has become the focus of attention of international society.It also exercises a great influence on the security and stability of Northeast Asian area.Relative Six Party are seeking the resolution through the Six-party Talks mechanism.This is the first time for the main countries that they can make a multilateral cooperation on Northeast Asian security after the Cold War.It is also a constructive attempt to offer a framework of Northeast Asian security cooperation.To achieve a lasting peace and stability,a transformation must be accomplished from the cooperation mode to institution mode.
