| 摘 要： | 加强海外投资与R&D活动成为企业成长的动力和源泉.该文在对有关跨国公司海外R&D文献回顾的基础上,以广东中兴通讯、华为、TCL、康佳、科龙为例,研究了中国企业对外直接投资探索阶段的海外技术与R&D战略,其中不仅有成功的经验,也有失败的教训,以期为中国企业对外直接投资、提升国际竞争力提供参考.

| Abstract: | In a global economy, investment overseas and R&D activities become the impetus of enterprise's growth. Based on the case study of five firms in Guangdong-ZTE, Huawei, TCL, Konka and Kelon, this paper explores the strategies of technology and R&D of Chinese enterprises investing abroad. The experiences of the five companies, both successful and unsuccessful, will be of great value for investment overseas and advancement of international competitive ability of Chinese enterprises. |
