| 摘 要： | 通过对自主技术创新进行了界定，建立了企业自主技术创新的主、客观动力模型，企业在大力提高其客观自主技术创新动力的同时不能忽略主观自主技术创新动力：企业文化感染力、自我实现驱动力、人生观价值观指引力、信仰保障力。企业要在客观政策的指引下，制定相关的创新激励机制，引导员工积极参与创新，最终实现可持续的技术创新。
