| 摘 要： | 通过案例分析的研究方法,对“合同农业”模式下的具体组织在控制农产品质量安全中所采取的措施及其背后的机制进行了探讨和解释,从而揭示了这种模式在保障我国农产品质量安全方面发挥着积极有效的重要作用.进而对＂合同农业＂在保障我国农产品质量安全中的机制及其重要意义进行了总结.

| Abstract: | By the method of case study,the paper analyzes the mechanism for the control of agri-food safety in the model of contract farming.Furthermore,the analysis of the cases indicates that contract farming takes an important role in ensuring agri-food safety.Based on the result of some empirical research,the paper gets several propositions on agri-food safety. |
