产业集聚、空间溢出与城市能源效率

摘    要:经济高速增长和能源供需之间的矛盾制约着城市绿色发展,考虑到上述背景以及经济行为存在空间交互影响的事实,在相关机理阐释的基础上,利用2005—2017年269个城市数据,构建动态空间杜宾模型和中介效应模型,探讨产业集聚对能源效率的影响机制及空间溢出效应。研究发现:产业集聚在短期内对能源效率具有显著的空间外溢效应,长期内总效应明显;城市创新水平对产业集聚和能源效率的关系具有明显的部分中介效应;进一步检验发现,能源政策会影响到地方产业集聚模式,短期内对能源效率产生较大影响;城市规模异质和经济发展分层下,产业集聚对能源效率的空间溢出效应显著。因此,应充分激发产业集聚短期内空间溢出效应,进一步提高城市创新水平,尤其关注中小城市发展,从而更好地提高能源效率。

Abstract:The contradiction between our country’s rapid economic growth and energy supply and demand restricts urban green development. In consideration of this issue and the fact that economic behavior has spatial interaction, this paper used the data from 2005 to 2017 of 269 cities to construct a dynamic spatial Durbin model and an intermediary effect model to explore the complex mechanism and spatial spillover effect of industrial agglomeration on energy efficiency on the basis of the explanation of the relevant mechanism. The empirical results indicate that industrial agglomeration has a significant spatial spillover effect on energy efficiency in the short term and a significant total effect in the long term. The level of urban innovation has an obvious partial intermediary effect on the relationship between industrial agglomeration and energy efficiency. In addition, further examination shows that the energy policy will affect the local industrial agglomeration mode, and has a greater impact on energy efficiency in the short term; on the condition of the heterogeneity of urban scale and economic development stratification, the spatial spillover effect of industrial agglomeration on energy efficiency is significant. Therefore, it is necessary to fully stimulate the short-term spatial spillover effect of industrial agglomeration, further improve the level of urban innovation and specially pay attention to the development of small and medium-sized cities, so as to promote energy efficiency better.
