宋朝文书档案保密制度再探

文书档案保密制度作为保密制度中的一种,历来受到统治阶级的重视。宋朝所处的特殊环境更是加强了宋朝统治者对文书档案尤其是军事文书档案的保密。宋朝统治者在吸取以往朝代文书档案保密制度经验的基础上,通过不断实践,创立了许多新的保密方法和保密制度。这些诸如传递军事机密文书所用的“字验法”及保密奖惩制度等新的方法和制度,不但对当时宋朝的保密工作有积极意义,而且对以后各朝乃至当今的保密工作都有深远影响。

Song Dynasty rulers absorbed the experiences of dynasty documents se- curity system through continuous practice, created many new encryption methods and security system. These documents such as new methods and system of transferring military secrets with ＂word test method＂ and confi- dential rewards and punishment system, which not only has positive significance for Song Dynasty at that time, but also has the profound influence to the later toward and even today＇ s confidential work.
