大学类型与教师智能结构的发展

Types of universities and development of their faculty capacity structure

Universities can be divided into three types: investigative universities,didactical universities and community universities.The development of the faculty in investigative universities focuses on the improvement of research ability,and that in didactical universities concentrates on the enhancement of teaching ability,while in community universities,the development of the faculty attaches importance to the advancement of their skills.The system of developing and promoting faculty capacity includes reaching a consensus,establish-ing institutions,relying on projects,defining contents and guaranteeing the system.Based on the situation in our country,the most urgent measures to improve the faculty capacity structure are securing expenses,reforming the system of faculty exchange,providing continued education and academic holidays.
