| 摘 要： | 公民有序的政治参与是政治民主化程度提高的重要标志，也是社会主义政治文明建设的重要内容。文章在分析当前我国公民政治参与的基本特征基础上，阐明了公民有序政治参与的积极意义，并就如何扩大公民有序的政治参与提出了几点对策。

| Abstract: | An orderly political participation of citizens is an important sign of political and democratic improvement, and to achieve it is one of the vital aims in building the socialist political civilization. After analysing the basic features of this participation in our country at present, the paper expounds the general significance of the issue in question and puts forward a few ideas on how to expand the scope of citizen participation. |
