| 摘 要： | 运用2002--2006年住宅用地定级及基准地价评估资料，综合运用Surfer软件与GIS空间分析方法，分析德化县住宅地价空间分布规律。结果表明：Surfer软件与GIS空间分析原理相结合的方法，能够形象直观地描述城镇地价分布规律。对德化县的分析显示，从整体上看，城镇住宅地价的分布在空间上具有连续性，局部存在变异性；城镇住宅地价变化具有空间差异性；交通条件对地价空间分布具有至关重要的影响；城市扩展会带动扩展轴向的区域住宅地价明显升高。
