| 摘 要： | 在大力推进素质教育的今天,我们关注学生的心理健康的同时,更应关注教师的心理健康。本文论述了教师心理健康的重要意义,从教师职业的特殊性上对教师心理健康及教师心理健康的标准作了论述,提出了从教师自我的心理调适和教师心理健康教育二方面维护教师的心理健康。

| Abstract: | When devoting major efforts to quality-oriented education, we should not only give attention to students' mental health but show more solicitude for teachers' mental health. This papers demonstrates the significance, particularity, and healthy standard of teachers' mental health. Furthermore, it put forward the suggestion to care for teachers' mental health by self-psychological adjustment and teachers' mental healthy education. |
