彝族民间调解制度的现代转型

彝族民间调解制度是彝区民间纠纷的传统调解机制，是一种极具民族特色的本土纠纷解决资源。在肯定彝族民间调解制度对解决纠纷起着积极作用的同时，也必须清醒地认识到其存在的问题。文章在分析彝族民间调解制度概念与特征的基础上，指出彝族民间调解制度面临的困境，最后提出彝族民间调解制度现代转型的具体路径，以期推动彝区的法治现代化进程，更好地为彝区的繁荣稳定服务。

Modern Transformation of the Folk Mediation System for Yi People

The folk mediation system of Yi people is a traditional mechanism of folk disputes in Yi areas, which is a kind of local dispute resolution resources with clear ethnic characteristics. While affirming the positive role that Yi folk mediation system plays in the settlement of disputes, one should be aware soberly of the problems such mechanism bears. On the basis of analyzing the concept and characteristics of Yi folk mediation system, this paper points out the difficulties faced by Yi folk mediation system, and then, puts forward the concrete modernization path of Yi folk mediation system, hoping to promote the modernization of the rule of law in the Yi areas, and serve better the prosperity and stability of the Yi areas.
