| 摘 要： | 管理在其实施过程中往往呈现出强势和弱势两种状态;管理的强弱,不仅影响构建和谐社会所需时间的长短,而且在一定程度上决定构建和谐社会的目标能否实现。只有强势管理才能真正打击、制止和消除各种不和谐现象,提高人的素质,促进人与人、人与社会、人与自然之间关系的和谐发展,确保构建社会主义和谐社会的宏伟目标得以实现。

| Abstract: | Management has two states when it is put into effect.One is tough,and the other one is flexible.Not only can the state affect the time spent on establishing a harmonious society,but it can also decide whether the goal of establishing a harmonious society can be realized or not.Only the tough management can prevent and eliminate all unharmonious phenomena,improve the quality of people,and promote the harmonious development of the relationship between human and human,human and society,human and nature.It can ensure the grand aim of establishing a harmonious society of socialism to be realized. |
