| 摘 要： | 陈云作为中国共产党第一、二代领导集体的重要成员,长时间分管党和国家财经工作,参与有关民生政策的制定与落实,提出了一些很具代表性的民生思想:应时刻注意为人民谋福利;解决民生问题应成为重要国策;就业是民生之本;粮食问题是民生的重中之重;处理积累与消费的关系要先考虑民生.调查研究,实事求是是陈云提出与解决民生问题的法宝. |
