| 摘 要： | 高等工科院校大力加强素质教育是时代和社会发展的要求,是提高人才培养质量的需要.大学生的文化素质如何,直接影响到思想道德素质、业务素质和身体心理素质.论述了加强文化素质教育的必要性和文化素质教育的主要内容,并阐述了我院开展文化素质教育的几点做法与体会.

| Abstract: | It is the demand of our time and society to enhance competence education in higher engineering colleges, and it is also the need of improving the quality of educated people. The cultural quality of college students has impact on their moral quality, professional quality and physical and psychological quality. This article illustrates the contents and the necessity of enhancing cultural quality oriented education, and it also introduces several ways and thoughts on cultural quality oriented education in NCIT. |
