| 摘 要： | 文章结合加拿大高等教育的发展历史和管理体制,分析了其高校内部管理的组织架构和运行机制,指出今后加强我国的高校管理工作,应学习和借鉴加拿大高校管理的科学性和先进性,进一步树立“依法治校”的办学理念,积极推进高校内部管理体制和运行机制改革,充分调动师生参与学校管理的积极性。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the inner management organization structure and operational mechanism of higher institutions in Canada with introduction of the history and management system of Canadian higher education.It points out that to strengthen the management of higher institutions in China,we should learn and refer to the scientificality and advancement of that in Canada.China's higher institutions should further build up the educational philosophy of "governing the institution under laws" and promote reforms on the inner management system and operational mechanism of higher institutions to fully mobilize teaching staff and students. |
