| Abstract: | The social resposibility of mass media is to give play to the public opinion guiding function of news plan,to stick to the correct direction of public opinion.The news plan must abide by news regularity,grasp the pulse of times,be suitable to the developing tendency of reality,lay emplasis on the political consciousness and the consciousness of general sitiuation and responsibility,pay attention to the guiding art,sing main melody highly,take an initiative step,and construct the right state of public opinion. |
