| 摘 要： | 水资源合理配置的技术经济分析 ,是指在客观调控下 ,应用西方经济学原理和观点研究水资源的最佳配置问题 ,也就是利用市场机制进行水资源的配置问题。根据我国社会经济发展的要求和水资源分布的特点 ,综合资源计划配置与市场配置的优缺点 ,选择我国水资源合理配置的方式 ,应是客观配置与市场配置相结合的协调方式。

| Abstract: | The technological and economic analysis of the reasonable allocation of water resources is to discuss the allocation problem of water resources under objective control,according to the principles of West Economics,namely,controlled by the market system.In accordance with the requirements of our social economic development and water resources distribution characteristics,the best allocation way is the coordinate model of macroscopic allocation integrating marketed allocation. |
