| 摘 要： | 学分制下实行本科生导师制的目的是培养和加强学生独立思考、自主学习能力。在分析和研究目前实行本科生导师制学校普遍存在的问题和原因基础上,提出了相应的对策和改革的建议,指出无论是本科生导师制的出现、推行,还是它的改进、完善,都会对中国高等教育理念和实践的发展产生极为重要的影响。
