辽宁打造世界级装备制造业基地路径分析

近年来，辽宁装备制造业快速发展，产业布局不断优化，自主创新能力持续提升，已经成为辽宁第一支柱产业，但距离世界级装备制造业基地的发展目标还有较大差距，一些重大装备的核心和主要功能部件还严重依赖国外，成套能力和总承包能力比较低，产业集群水平低。“十二五”期间，辽宁需要进一步提高装备制造业产品的国产化水平，支持企业通过兼并重组做大做强，促进其与生产性服务业的联动发展，将辽宁建设成为国际竞争力突出、综合配套能力强的世界级装备制造业基地。
