建设我校特色的学分制管理机制

学分制管理制度具有更大的适应性、灵活性和开放性,有利于提高高等教育的人才培养质量和办学效益.注重学习者的主动性和个性差异,有利于贯彻因材施教的原则,有利于调动教与学的积极性.我校1988年开始实施学分制教学管理制度,采取了积极稳妥的措施使这一管理制度改革稳步实行.今后,我们应总结经验,克服学分制自身的不足,继续做好学分制改革工作,使之进一步完善.

Establishing management mechanism of credit system in our university

The management of credit system has the larger adaptability, flexibility and openness,beneficial to increase the trains quantity of talented personnel and the quality of running a school, attaching importance to the initiative of the learners and their character difference, benefits to the principle of teaching according to their ability and the mobilization of all the positive factors of both teaching and learning . Our university implemented credit system management in 1988, adopting the positive and steady measure make the management system reform go steadily. From now on, we should sumup the experience,overcoming the shortcoming of the credit system and continuously carry out the credit system reformation.
