刍议新形势下企业管理的创新路径

In the era background of pressure from international competition, opportunity from information age and challenge from knowledge economy, enterprises are facing the dilemma of pursuing new development and management innovation. Towards the prob- lems exist in the process of traditional management, and based on the principle of human - oriented, comprehensive system, goal orien- tation, and the balance of power and responsibility, this paper comes up with the enterprise management innovation path system, with the management idea innovation as its premise, the management mechanism innovation as its foundation, the management method inno- vation as its key, the management technology innovation as its carrier, and the management culture innovation as its protection, so as to realize the enterprise~ sustainable, leap-forward development.
