| Abstract: | This article disposes the brief analysis of the definition, classification and influence about the teachers in Child Abuse in order to control the situation of this behavior, the work is based on the experience of other countries and regions to understand the status of legislation, point out the problems and give the reasonable suggestion to develop the legal system for controlling the phenome- non of teachers in Child Abuse. |
