| 摘 要： | 反思性学校组织文化是一种亚文化,具有探究、合作和开放等特征。由于缄默文化、个人主义文化和保守主义文化的存在,导致了反思性学校组织文化长期处于失语境地。学校组织文化包括观念文化和制度文化。由此,反思性学校组织文化的建构也应当涉及这两个层面,即学校领导和教师既要转变观念,又要共同建构相应的制度。

| Abstract: | The culture in reflective school organizations is a kind of sub-culture,which is characteristic of inquiry,cooperation,and openness.The culture in reflective school organizations is in a state of aphasia due to the existence of silence culture,individualism culture and conservatism culture.The culture in school organizations includes concept culture and system culture,and thus the cultural construction for reflective school organizations should involve the above two cultures,that is to say,the leaders and teachers in schools should change their concepts and then jointly construct some correspondent systems. |
