| 摘 要： | 针对安徽国有企业改革与发展中存在的问题，文章提出的主要对策有：多管齐下，完善安徽国有企业的公司治理结构；积极开拓国内外市场，提升安徽国有企业的品牌竞争力；着力推动科技进步，增强安徽国有企业的自主创新能力；把握市场并购重组机遇，加速安徽国有企业做大做强。
