| 摘 要： | 丰富的民族文化和文化的独特性是怒江发展旅游业的重要资源，也是其发展旅游业得天独厚的条件。目前，怒江民族文化旅游虽然只在几个区域进行了初步的开发，但如云南其他许多地方一样，同样面临着民族文化消极变迁的问题。所以，怒江民族文化在旅游开发的过程中应当学习和借鉴其他地区成功的经验和避免其消极的副作用，采取一些积极措施，以保护和传承民族传统文化。同时，也使怒江民族文化在开发和保护中为当地人民造福。
