| 摘 要： | 婚姻制度是一定的婚姻关系及其模式和规则 ,是婚姻行为的规范体系。传统婚姻制度有三大特征 ,主婚权属于父母 ,婚姻目的是生育 ,婚姻规范是男主女从、包办、买卖、顺从。现代婚姻制度是从传统婚姻制度发展而来的 ,它也有三大特征 ,主婚权属于婚姻主体 ,婚姻目的是爱情 ,婚姻规范是婚姻平等、婚姻自主、婚内性生活、婚内感情。只有现代婚姻制度 ,才是快乐、幸福、高质量、高稳定婚姻的根本保障

| Abstract: | Marriage system is the limit relation of marriage and it'model and regularization.It is a regularization system of marriage conduct. Traditional marriage system has three features, parents' right of marriage, aim to reproduce.The rules of the marriage are, the husband is dominated while the wife subordinate, the marriage is arranged mercenary and obedient. Modern marriage system is evolved from the traditional marriage system. It also has three features. Subject of the marriage has the right of marriage. It aims to love, and the rules of the marriage are being equal, self-depending, sexual life and love within the marriage. It's only modern marriage system that can provide people with pleasure, happiness and marriage of better quality and stability . |
