教师集体效能与教师心理健康状况及其关系的研究

摘    要:为考察教师的集体效能与教师心理健康状况及二者的关系,在济南市、章丘市随机选取小学、初中、高中及职业中学中的651名教师作为研究对象。本研究的测查工具包括教师集体效能感量表、SCL-90症状自评量表。主要得到以下结论:1.学校类型因素对集体效能有显著的主效应;学校类型和学校位置对集体效能的交互作用显著;学校类型和学校级别对心理健康的交互作用显著。2.在集体效能与心理健康的回归分析中,任务分析进入预测躯体化、焦虑和恐怖的回归模型,集体效能总分对强迫、人际敏感、忧郁、敌对、偏执、精神病性和心理均分有一定的预测作用。

Abstract:In order to examine and investigate what the teacher's collective efficacy and mental health and their relationship are, 651 teachers as subjects from elementary schools, junior high schools, senior high schools and technical secondary schools in Jinan and Zhangqiu are chosen randomly. The scales consist of teacher's collective efficacy scale and SCL-90. The results are as follows: 1, School types have significant effects on teacher's collective efficacy; School type and school location have significant interactive effects on teacher's collective efficacy; School type and school level have significant interactive effects on teacher's mental health. 2. In the regression of collective efficacy and mental health, task analysis enters the equation of summarization, anxiety and phobic anxiety; the general mark of collective efficacy can partially forecast obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility, paranoid ideation, psychosis and average mark of mental health.
