| Abstract: | Changhong Ltd is the most advanced enterprise in Sichuan. The paper analysed the advantages and the disadvantages of making Changhong aircraft of industry, projeced the strategy of making Sichuan Changhong Ltd aircraft of industry as well as function of government in making Changhong aircraft of industry and some relative policy suggestion by analyzing the potential advantage of Changhong Ltd. |
