| 摘 要： | 针对专业建设的现状和问题，从培养岗位群能力出发，提出基于通信产业链的专业群建设思路。在通信技术专业群建设实践的基础上，研究了实训基地建立、课程体系构建、教学团队组织、教学资源建设、人才培养模式等要素，有效提升通信人才培养质量和专业服务产业的能力。

| Abstract: | According to the situation and existing problems of the present specialty construction, this paper introduces ideas of specialty group construction based on the thought of communication industrial chain. On the basis of practice, elements such as establishing training base, constructing curriculum system, organizing teaching team, enlarging teaching resource, cultivating talent training modes are studied. Talent cultivating quality and social service ability are improved effectively. |
