| 摘 要： | 随着时代的发展和高等教育体制及就业制度的改革,毕业生就业成为社会关注的热点问题,本文就高校基层团组织如何有效服务大学生就业和创业等方面进行有益的探索,分别从就业创业面临的困难、团组织服务就业创业的可行性和重要作用等方面阐述高校团组织在大学生就业创业以及以就业为中心的学生工作新体系中发挥重要的作用。

| Abstract: | With the development of the times as well as the reformation of higher education system and employment system, the employment of the graduates becomes the focus of the society. This paper explores the ways that the organization of the Communist Youth League uses in the universities to effectively serve students in their seeking jobs and starting enterprises. Based on a discussion of the difficulties for the students in seeking jobs and starting enterprises and the feasibility for the Youth League in serving university students, the paper expounds the important role the organization of the Communist Youth League plays in the students working system. |
