顶岗支教实习中的师生和谐关系研究

摘    要:顶岗支教实习是高校实习改革的一个积极探索,而高师生在实习中建立的师生关系是否和谐直接关系到中小学学生的心理健康和全面发展、关系到教育实习的效果、关系到顶岗支教实习方式的延续。目前顶岗支教实习中所建立的师生关系不容乐观,而和谐师生关系的建构不但需要社会、高校、中小学校、学生的支持和配合,更重要的是高师生要更新教师观念,不断提升自身素质,用爱、理解和尊重来构建和谐融洽的师生关系。

Abstract:The exchanging post teaching practice in colleges and universities is an active exploration in the teaching practice reform,in which the students’ establishing harmonious relationship between teachers and students is directly related to the primary and secondary school students’ mental health and overall development.It also concerns the effect of education practice,and the lasting of the exchanging post teaching practice mode.At present,the relationship between teachers and students in exchanging post teaching practice is not optimistic,and the harmonious construction of relation between teachers and students not only requires the support from the society,universities,schools,students,but more importantly also needs the students to update the concept of teachers,improve their quality,with love,understanding and respect to construct harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
