| 摘 要： | 建设部等九部门联合发布的<廉租住房保障办法>正式开始实施,这为我国保障性住房的发展与建设奠定了坚实的法律基础,它将大大促进我国廉租住房和经济适用住房的开发与建设.本文作者经过认真分析和比较研究,就如何有效推进我国廉租住房建设,从构建保障性住房的合理运作机制、发展廉租住房的制度保障与资金来源等方面进行了探讨. |
