| 摘 要： | 档案信息化是适应社会信息化发展的必然产物,它对档案管理观念、方式、手段产生了深远影响。加快高校档案信息化建设的步伐,大力开发和利用档案资源,将是高校档案工作的重要内容和研究课题。通过分析档案信息化建设的科学内涵,对新时期档案信息化的主要任务及有效推进高校档案信息化的必要条件进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Archives informationalization is an inevitable outcome of social informationalization development and it has profound influence on the concept,mode and method of archives managemen.Accelerating the pace of archives informationalization construction and vigorously developing and using archives resources will be an important content and research topic of archives work in colleges universities.The paper expounds on the major tasks in the new era and the necessary conditions for effectively promoting archives informationalization by analyzing the scientific connotations of archives informationalization construction. |
