能力素质模型在企业人力资源管理中的应用

摘    要:如何选人、育人、用人、留人是一个长期困扰企业的难题,能力素质模型可以较好地解决这个难题。能力素质模型是一种技术含量高且十分有效的人力资源管理工具,对能力素质及能力素质模型的研究与运用已成为人力资源管理领域一项重要的内容。本文分析能力素质模型在人力资源规划、招聘甄选、绩效管理、培训开发中的应用,对企业有一定的借鉴意义。
