| 摘 要： | 基于相关课题的研究，文章以我国高职高专院校法学专业学生为例，分析了该专业学生就业指导理论及实践的不足，提出借鉴美国和香港特区就业指导理论和成功经验，以生涯发展理论建构全程化就业指导模式，实现由过去的问题式指导向发展性指导的转变。

| Abstract: | Based on the relative research project and with reference to law students from higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the status quo of the employment guiding work for law students in our country,and suggests that by learning from the United States and Hong Kong we may develop a career-oriented model which is supported by a career development theory throughout.Such model marks a change from problem-solving pattern to a development-guiding pattern. |
